Contacting CDI through this website
When you submit the enquiry form, your details are sent through our website server and Resend, our email delivery provider, to CDI’s email inbox. We use them to respond to your enquiry. Enquiries are not saved in a separate website contact database. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive personal information.
Information you may send
If you email us, you may provide your name, business name, email address, phone number and information about what you would like help with. We use those details to respond to your enquiry and discuss whether CDI may be able to help.
How we use and retain information
Enquiry information is used for business correspondence and related follow-up. We do not sell personal information to advertisers. Email correspondence may be retained where reasonably necessary for customer service, business administration, record keeping or legal obligations.
Third-party services
Vercel hosts this website, Resend processes enquiry emails, and our email provider receives and stores correspondence. These providers process information needed to provide their services. Technical information such as IP addresses and request logs may be processed for hosting and security; a short-lived hashed network identifier is used for basic enquiry abuse prevention.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about personal information you have sent to CDI, or to request that information be corrected or deleted where applicable.
